List the email templates of a reservation

Returns the active reservation email templates (Car Rental settings) that apply to this reservation: templates with no branch, vehicle class, pick-up location or return location restriction, plus those whose restrictions match the reservation. Send one with POST /car-rental/reservations/{reservation_id}/email-templates/{template_id}.

An unknown numeric reservation_id does not return 404: the list then only holds the templates without restrictions.
