Update a rate type

Updates a rate type and returns it under the car_rental_rate_type key. name and active are required on every update; default and default_for_public_reservations keep their value when omitted.

users is replaced on every update. Always send the full list. When you omit it, the rate type is left with no users.

When no rate type has this ID, a new rate type is created with a new ID instead of returning 404. Check the id in the response.
