List maintenance types

Returns every maintenance type of the account, such as oil change, tire rotation or inspection, active or not. Use the IDs as maintenance_type_id on repair order lines. Only id and label are returned. The list is not paginated.

The maintenance types in data. HTTP 200 is also used for failures: always check success. When it is false, the body is an ErrorUnauthorized (status_code 401 or 403).
