List vehicle alert types

/fleets/telematics/vehicle-alert-types

Returns every telematics alert type with its label in the API user's language. Use the keys as alert_type when listing alerts.

An object in data that maps each alert type to its label. HTTP 200 is also used for failures: always check success. When it is false, the body is an ErrorUnauthorized (status_code 401 or 403).
