Update a rate

Updates a rate and returns it under the car_rental_rate key. season_id and vehicle_class_id (and daily_rate, unless the request sends decreasing_rates_based_on_intervals: true) are required on every update. Other fields keep their value when omitted. The same uniqueness and branch rules as Create a rate apply.

When no rate has this ID, a new rate is created with a new ID instead of returning 404. Check the id in the response.

The updated rate. A successful body has no success field. HTTP 200 is also used for failures: such a body has success: false and is an ErrorBusinessRule (status_code 410) or an ErrorUnauthorized (status_code 401 or 403).
