List vehicle types

Returns every vehicle type of the account, active or not (check active). Each vehicle has one vehicle type (vehicle_type_id). The list is not paginated.

When the account has no vehicle types, the response body is an empty JSON array ([]) instead of an object.

A successful body has the fleets_vehicle_types key (or is [] when there are none) and no success field. HTTP 200 is also used for failures: such a body has success: false and is an ErrorUnauthorized (status_code 401 or 403).
