Add an adjustment to a reservation

Adds an additional charge to a reservation after booking and recalculates its totals.

Rules

item_id is an active additional charge. A charge can be added as an adjustment only once; to add more of it, send update_quantity_if_exists=1.

For daily and hourly charges, date_applied is required and must fall between the pick-up and return dates.

Side effects

Mandatory charges linked to the charge are added too.

Saves an additional_charge_added revision of the rental agreement.

An unknown numeric reservation_id does not return 404. An unknown UUID returns 404.
