List the OBD readings of a vehicle

Returns the readings reported by the vehicle's telematics device, newest first, paginated with limit and page. The account needs a telematics integration and the vehicle a connected device. Readings are kept for 3 months.

An unknown vehicle does not return 404: it returns an empty page.

One page of readings in data.data, with the page metadata in data. HTTP 200 is also used for failures: always check success. When it is false, the body is an ErrorUnauthorized (status_code 401 or 403).
