RatePriceInterval

One step of a decreasing rate. The interval price is the daily (or hourly) price used when the rental length, in days (or hours), is between start_interval and end_interval.

Values are returned as they were saved: numbers when sent as numbers through the API, strings (possibly empty) when saved in the HQ application. Send numbers.
