Update a blocked period - HQ Rental Software

Replaces the dates of a blocked period of the vehicle. Send all four date and time fields, plus description (omitting it clears it). PATCH works the same way.

The same checks as on create apply (the period being updated does not count against availability).

An unknown blocked period id does not return 404: a new blocked period is created instead.

The saved blocked period in data.blocked_period, with its dates in UTC. HTTP 200 is also used for failures: always check success. When it is false, the body is an ErrorBusinessRule (status_code 410) or an ErrorUnauthorized (status_code 401 or 403).
